AHIMA22 Member Value: What's In It For You!

by Jill Z. Choi, MBA, RHIA, CHPC

Hello AHIMA members! After three years apart, it’s time to register for AHIMA22 and have the time of your life as we reunite in Columbus, Ohio.

My name is Jill Choi, MBA, RHIA, CHPC, and as the OHIMA President, I’m so excited to welcome you to my city this year.

Why attend? I can hardly choose where to begin!

How many times over the last three years have you thought to yourself, “I wish I could ask someone else what they are doing about [insert conundrum here]”? For me, the answer is quite a few. Well, AHIMA22 is THE place to ask those questions. There are so many smart and generous people in this community who understand what we’ve all been going through, ready to help. I can’t wait to reconnect and recharge with friends and colleagues I’ve worked with throughout the years; it’s like one big happy family reunion.

There are so many fun places to explore in Columbus too! At the convention center, you’ll be steps away from the “Short North” area, which is packed with restaurants and unique shops. Check out our Columbus Visitor’s Guide to get a feel for our great city. And if you love food as much as I do, you’ll want to check out this restaurant guide to make sure you hit all the best spots in town!

So... what are you waiting for? Register today — I can’t wait to see you in October!

Hotels are booking fast.

Don’t forget to make your hotel reservations while completing your registration for the best selection and rates. AHIMA has secured discounted room rates at hotels near the Greater Columbus Convention Center. All hotel reservations for AHIMA22 Global Conference should be made during the registration process through Maritz, the official housing and registration provider for AHIMA. Act today, hotel rooms will go quickly!

Special Pricing for Students
