Jill Choi, RHIA, MBA
Jill Choi is the Director of Health Information Management, CDI, and Utilization Review at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. In her 24 years at Nationwide Children’s, she has also held the roles of Privacy Officer and ICD-10 Program Director. Jill also enjoys speaking and has delivered talks for AHIMA, ARMA, and the Children's Hospital Association.
DIRECTORS
Ellen Johnston, RHIA,COC-A, CRC
Ellen Johnston is a Columbus, Ohio native and graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and Systems. RHIA certified through AHIMA and also certified through AAPC with a certified risk adjustment coder (CRC) and certified outpatient coder (COC-A). She currently works for Mount Carmel Health System.
Lisa Schofield, RHIT
Lisa Schofield is a Revenue Cycle Coordinator at Avita Health System in Galion, OH where she has worked for nine years. With 18 years of HIM experience, Lisa's areas of expertise include documentation guidelines, deficiency management, document imaging, and ROI. Lisa is an expert in process improvement and needs assessment who spent a little over a year as data analyst in quality management before returning to revenue cycle as a front-end staff trainer and educator.
Sara Stoessel, RHIA,MBOE CPHQ CCDS LSSBB
Sara Stoessel works in performance improvement, a nontraditional role, at Knox Community Hospital. She has over 15 years of experience in revenue cycle, documentation improvement, and Epic medical records development.

Elizabeth Curtis, MA, RHIA, CHPS, FAHIMA
Elizabeth Curtis is a Lecturer in the Health Information Management and Systems Division, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at The Ohio State University. She was the Administrative Director of Medical Information Management at OSU Wexner Medical Center and served in numerous leadership roles at OSUWMC for over 30 years.

Lindsey Lanning, RHIA
Lindsey Lanning is a seasoned compliance consultant at Itentive Healthcare Solution in Columbus, OH. Lindsey also acts as a preceptor to multiple HIM students on an annual basis for their Professional Practicum Experience.
OHIMA CANDIDATE FOR AHIMA NOMINATING COMMITTEE
Jennifer Garvin, PhD, MBA, RHIA, CCS, CPHQ, CTR, FAHIMAJennifer Garvin is currently the Division Director and Associate Professor in the Health Information Management and Systems Division in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at The Ohio State University. Dr. Garvin earned her PhD in Health Studies from the Department of Public Health at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Her postdoctoral training in Medical Informatics.
